Elegance

Full Planning Coordination - This package is for the couple that wants guidance throughout the planning process from beginning to end. Includes but is not limited to:

  • Unlimited client/ planner meetings

  • Monthly email check-ins

  • Wedding day timeline

  • Wedding day checklist & itinerary

  • Vendor/Venue selection and assistance

  • Etiquette advisement

  • Assistance with all stationary (Save The Dates, Invitations, RSVP)

  • Budget construction, analysis & management

  • Event design, theme, concept development and set up

  • Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony and reception events

  • Act a liaison between vendors and client

  • Distributing vendor payments, marriage license, gifts, bouquets, etc. on day of wedding

  • Collection of all personal belongings from reception

  • Ensure that Bride, groom and wedding party are present for all reception and ceremony events

Platinum 

Partial Coordination - This package is for the couple who has already begun the planning process but would like Just Planned Events to pick up a few months prior to the wedding (Begins six to eight months prior to the wedding date). Includes but is not limited to:

  • Five (5) client/ planner meetings

  • Vendor meetings with coordinator attendance if necessary

  • Monthly email check-ins

  • Wedding day timeline

  • Confirm arrangements and details with vendors and venues

  • Etiquette advisement, as requested

  • Budget review and assistance

  • Event design, theme and set up

  • Tracking RSVPs

  • Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony and reception events

  • Distributing vendor payments, marriage license, gifts, bouquets, etc. on day of wedding

  • Collection of all personal belongings from reception

  • Ensure that Bride, groom and wedding party are present for all reception and ceremony events

Month of Coordination - This package is for the couple who has accomplished the majority of the planning process and is looking for Just Planned Events to fine-tune the rest (Begins four to six weeks prior to the wedding date). Includes but is not limited to:

  • Four (4) client/ planner meetings

  • Vendor meetings with coordinator attendance if necessary

  • Unlimited email contact

  • Monthly email check-ins

  • Wedding day timeline

  • Confirm arrangements and details with vendors and venues

  • Etiquette advisement, as requested

  • Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony and reception events

  • Distributing vendor payments, marriage license, gifts, bouquets, etc. on day of wedding

  • Collection of all personal belongings from reception

  • Ensure that Bride, groom and wedding party are present for all reception and ceremony events
